Arriving

Located on the first floor is our nursery (0-2 years) and preschool (ages 3-4); elementary aged children’s classrooms are located on the second floor. All classrooms are bright, welcoming, safe, and clean.

When you drop off your child, you will sign in and your child will get a name tag to wear and you will get a security pick-up tag that matches your child’s. Please let one of the volunteers know any special instructions for your child.

CurriculumGP4K

God’s love is shared through stories, songs, crafts, videos, and games. Kids read the Bible story with their teacher and then talk about how to apply the story to their daily life.

All children are using The Gospel Project curriculum. This is a chronological organization of teaching the Bible. Each week everyone is learning the same Bible lesson, but at their learning level.

There is The Gospel Project for Kids app that allows kids to play games based on the week’s lesson and family activities. Click here for a preview of The Gospel Project for Kids.

Core Day CampsCore Logo

Church on the Drive’s Core Day Camps serve the community by providing a safe and nurturing environment for kids in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Each camp session will teach a different character trait, such as responsibility, respect, and forgiveness.

The “Three Big Keys” in this curriculum are: Treat Others Right; Make Smart Decisions; Maximize Your Potential. These primary curriculum pieces will be accompanied by activities including PE in the church gymnasium, along with other extras like: art, music, library time, and Bible story time that compliments the camp day curriculum focus.

Church on the Drive is a vibrant faith community seeking to grow in Christ likeness. We seek to be guided by the two great teachings of Christ to love our neighbors and invite any who would choose to declare Him as Lord. Our aim is to be welcoming to all—no exceptions—so that all might find a spiritual home at Church on the Drive.

Camps will run from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.  The cost will be $10 per child, per day, with a maximum cost of $25 per day, per family.  Space is limited, so don’t wait!

Family Story TimeStory Time

Join us each week in our new Library (found on the same floor as our Nursery) for a 20-30 minute story time. This is a free fun-filled story program that includes music, movement, and entertainment for families with children ages 0-5 years old.

Worship BagsWoship Bags

Often times we find kids struggling to find how to participate in worship services. We have developed a bag that helps kids interact, participate, and more fully understand worship. Grab one on your way in – there are bags at each entrance into the sanctuary.

For Parents Only

Route 66 Parents Community Group Sundays 9:00 AM

This group is made up of parents of all ages who have various ages of kids. They study the same curriculum as our kids – The Gospel Project – so that they can have a deeper understanding of the Bible story and lesson their kids are learning.

Coffee & Dessert with Parents 6:30 PM

Parenting is tough! This class is designed to encourage, support, and guide you through the ups and downs of one of God’s greatest gifts – being a parent. Curriculum and lessons vary, but time is spent sharing stories, providing support, being in prayer for one another, and fellowship.

Mom to Mom

Mom to Mom is a Biblically based parenting program designed around the Titus 2:4 concept of older women teaching and encouraging younger women in their relationships with their husbands and children. It includes quality instruction in parenting, small group discussion, and the interaction of more experienced mothers with younger moms. Designed to be both a place of nurture for committed Christian women and a “safe place” to bring community friends, it often becomes a bridge into the church.
